Well, it cost a pretty penny to enter the park, but, how can you place a price on the chance to recapture your youth? We heard the story about how Ponce DeLeon had come to America and found the healing waters that rejuvenated him. We dipped our hand in the “fountain” and drank a few sips. Suddenly, I felt different. No, I was not any younger. The water had given me the urge to relieve myself! Well, we found a bathroom and I took care of my business. We walked around the grounds for a little while and thought that this was not a very impressive Landmark. After a quick trip to the gift shop, we left, empty-handed and headed back to the car. Lunch at The Village Inn made the trip worthwhile.

The killer of Natalee Holloway, the Alabama teen who went missing in Aruba, is back behind bars again. Apparently the guy that is responsible for Natalee Holloway’s death in Aruba (presumed dead) is facing charges from a woman in Peru that got murdered recently. This has to be good news for Natalee’s mother who has been desperately trying to get this murderer off of the streets and behind bars. His name is Joran van der Sloot and he is the last person to have seen Natalee Holloway alive 5 years ago in Aruba.

It was a special trip for Natalee Holloway, who was visiting Aruba with her high school friends from Alabama. Their last night in Aruba was going to be the best one yet and Natalee and her friends stayed up real late to insure their good times. On that very last night, Natalee appears to have made a bad decision, by going with van der Sloot and his two thug friends. They all 3 drove the Alabama teen to a spot on the beach, where they just let her die, after she started having a seizure. From there, Joran and his two buddies drove a boat out to sea and released Natalee’s dead body in the water. The Aruba officials failed to see who the real killer was and now their poor efforts in solving this case, has led to another young woman from Peru to turn up dead. There are no doubts it was Joran van der Sloot that killed the woman from Peru and played the main role in ending Natalee Holloway’s life 5 years ago. Now the authorities have a serial killer in their hands and hopefully he is going to spend the rest of his life behind bars. I’m sure Natalee’s mother is celebrating and feeling bad at the same time today. Even if the full details of Holloway’s disappearance never comes to be known, we will at least know who was responsible.
