The advertising business has exploded on the internet and marketers world-wide are quickly learning just how effective online advertising can be. The small business advertising continues to grow on the internet and it’s giving a big boost to the small companies that were having trouble catching up. I believe we are just seeing the early stages of advertising online and this is going to be a much bigger business over the next 10 years; than we seen the past 10 years.

I know bloggers have help to push the popularity of advertising on the World Wide Web. They have started taking jobs from advertisiers and blogging companies by inserting links into posts on their blogs. Websites that have a high volume of traffic each day are also finding ways to monetize their sites and taking advantage of the traffic they are bringing to their websites. Companies may find it harder to find affiliates in the future as more people become hosts for these ads and links on their websites. A new age is dawning in the world of marketing and its being led by the technology we know as the computer.
